      • Of course opponent on top if executed badly with either technique. Chances are much better with double leg. Sprawl is not a cure all obviously. It works on reaction. You can’t sprawl if you’re already falling.

  3. Great! Question: What do I do next in that mount position to gain total control, or at least prevent myself from being thrown off that mount?

    • I don’t think your first instinct in a knife fight would ever be, “go for the judo throw” lol
