Welcome to Fight Smart! This site is designed to teach you a series of mixed martial arts and self defense techniques that will work in any scenario. (If it works in a cage, it will work just about anywhere).

Additionally, we conduct legitimate research in the realms of combat sports… splattering our cartilage to punch force sensors, and getting stabbed repeatedly with hard-rubber knives in order to determine what techniques work the best, and in some cases, what doesn’t work at all.

After wasting many years doing ‘fake’ martial arts, I understand that no one has time to burn on nonsense. As such, we do our best to assemble the best golden-nuggets from every art, and to examine each movement under the lens of no-holds-barred fighting.

(with all that said, we place a tremendous amount of focus on Boxing, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Wrestling, and Judo… the rest is just for fun.)
