  1. Good news for anyone cringing at the nut punch GIF: the recipient, Joe Son, was (along with a friend) the perpetrator of the most heinous imaginable assault on a female victim — the worst things you can imagine short of murder, he did. So he deserved that nut punch and more, and you can watch it over and over with pure enjoyment.

  2. Real street fights were all your training and technique go’s out the window..(were you have to do anything to get away or end the threat) life at its most brutal 👍🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

  3. Decades ago, my cousin used to teach women Self Defence 💪🏼👩🏼‍🦳
Some years later, in down town Wagga Wagga, Australia, he heard a female calling his name and she ran across the road. Rod❗️ Rod❗️ IT WORKED‼️
She was walking down a street in Melbourne, Australia and 3 feral mongrels dragged her into an alley and were going to rape her. She said she remembered what he taught them in class and simply let her training take over.
One of the bad dudes was on top of her and as he came down on her, she grabbed his head with both her hands and drove her thumbs so hard into his eyes that YEP, ONE POPPED RIGHT OUT OF IT’S SOCKET‼️ Like, literally popped OFF 😱 👁
Needless to say, all the attention went from the rape victim to the now half permanently blinded coward screaming like a stuck pig❗️
Cops came, gave them some silver bracelets, and she left him with a life long reminder to never underestimate your so called victim 🥇

  4. I’ve watched a lot of the KOTS videos on YT as I used to teach a “combatives” lesson when I was in the military. I wanted to research what actually worked in street fights, without getting beaten up every weekend! As much as I enjoy MMA, it’s always only going to be a sport, whereas a lot of these blokes are representing their football firms/ultras and will do anything not to lose face.
    3 things I’ve noticed whilst watching KOTS…..
    i) Don’t get mounted because you’re probably fucked if you are.
ii) Headbutting is under-rated. If you’re mounted and both of your hands are being occupied the only thing you’ve got to stop someone’s forehead is your face!
iii) Fitness wins fights. If you can survive the first couple of minutes, your adversaries adrenaline dump is going to put them in a bad place and sheer fatigue will degrade them.

  5. I didn’t get past your thumbnail. Yeah, I’ve tried to watch this before. I just can’t hurt another man who’s just trying to either fight to test his skills or provide for his family like that. If it’s do or die then you become as uncivilized as you have to and be mentally ready, but this just doesn’t make any sense.

I would have no problem defending my life for a loved ones life and do whatever it takes. But there’s no longevity in this and it’s just honestly the dumbest thing I’ve ever seen.

  6. Trav, not to be an edgelord but, what’s the big deal? Yes, there was some eye-gouging but nothing like the violence of the hundreds of knife attacks you had to wade through for your knife defence course.

Some of the most interesting bits (to me):
    – I don’t recall seeing 12-to-6 elbows from mount before. Honestly, Shirtless didn’t need to resort to eye gouging and now I’m kinda glad he did. Those elbows could have crippled the other guy.
    – I think that the guy with the shirt’s lack of killer instinct was what lost him this fight. See him hesitate at about 3:51 (during the highlight reel) when he could have soccer-kicked Shirtless into another dimension. Also, when he was on top he didn’t go for the eyes. Also when he didn’t apply the choke when he was on Shirtless’ back.
    – The whole fight was amateurish but had a few great moments. Shirtless was sloppy as hell, with no sense of range and his guard was too low for how slow he was. Shirt on the other hand landed a couple of stiff jabs and had that one beautiful throw (4:00 of the replay). Not a bad fighter, just maybe didn’t understand the rules, and/or lacked the will to be ruthless.

  7. Thanks Trav, good video. The world is filled with unpleasant things. We should be aware of and prepared for them. Train accordingly.
