He’s at least 2 twice her size, and at least 10 times stronger than her, and she a minor, and your going to side with him???….,hmmmm……it’s no wonder ur not representing any City, or County as a ‘proscutor’.
I’d be interested to know how the situation started and escalated to provide better context. I’ve been in just this situation, though, in schools with very tough girls who would punch me to get to a girl I was trying to restrain, and outside in public places. They don’t back down, and they see weakness as a cue to escalate. I’ve had food thrown at me and was threatened to get “shanked” by a large group of girls the same age as the group in the video, in a restaurant. When I verbally challenged them, they picked up metal chairs to hit me. This guy was surrounded, and had he turned his back, he was likely to be hit by something or someone, or some many. The only thing I would have suggested he could have used is raising his voice volume to command them, as the police do: (eg, “get back!” “do not get near me!”, “don’t approach me!”. “stay away!”.) They wouldn’t have listened, but it would have established that he was defending himself, and for the YouTube video world we live in, that would have been the first thing we noticed.

The whole thing is a classic example of The Monkey Dance writ large.
You CANNOT run your mouth, puff up your chest, charge at somebody, and expect…nothing. What experienced people expect if they do that is an ass-whopping, legally justified or not. The girl is now experienced. Let’s see if she learns from her experience.
Same with the man. You cannot knock somebody unconscious who presents no real clear and present danger, no matter how annoying they are, and expect the “justice” system to just say, “Ah, fuck it. No harm done.”

As a martial arts prationer, an adult, a male, AND a human being, I find your “I don’t care” comment to be callous, cold, AND revealling.
We don’t have all of the facts from the snippet of video provided. Who’s to say that the man didn’t start it. Who’s to say he didn’t touch one of them inappropriately, and they were coming to the victim’s defense. We don’t know.
Your “lead in” and presentation of this video, in a way, is a symptom of what’s wrong with society….on several levels which I won’t go into.

If the girls had found a pile of rocks, the mother and daughter would be attending a funeral rather than a trial. That group of girls were not going to get bored and go home. They were gonna escalate that till SOMETHING happened. He obviously couldn’t run, but even if he did, they would had been right behind. I would be willing to bet his wife would had been in a situation if any more time passed. They would had started with the jokes, then the foul mouths, then a shove out of nowhere, and then……
But instead SOMETHING BIG happened.
It’s just too bad everybody loses here. Especially the little girl that misses her daddy.

In the video you can see a adult white woman and a young girl by her side standing behind him.If that is his wife and child he was protecting them I do not blame him a bit.Children kill adults every day in America.
