  1. Kidney shot, uppercut. Got it.

    Here’s all I do:

Hit a steel pole or brick wall really hard a lot of times to calm fears about hurting your knuckles and to calcify them (yeah, my hands look kind of gnarly).

Learn some snap and rotation tech to throw punches, elbows, and low kicks really fast and hard.

Mainly aim for areas between the nose and collar bone for punches and elbows, and between the knees and ankles for kicks. Don’t use knees or high kicks because that’s stupid.

Don’t forget to follow through and recover.

I’ve only dealt with two knife fights, but I’m alive and not really hurt. Turns out people drop what they’ve got in their hands to cover up or when they’re going down. Something like tunnel vision about that knife that people just can’t see what’s coming at their periphery.

I joined because a lot of my Mexican friends think they know all of these fancy knife moves, and I wanted to find something they could appreciate.

  2. You said you were going to send a free mini video on knife defense the only thing I received in my email is a promotion to buy your food plan course please send me the miniseries that you had promised
