  1. Awsome Trav. We dont have guns in the UK but you can see this as a good set up and distancing technique for a counter or simply to help get away.

  2. Any fighting ideas for a tiny female who does karate??? fight legal if possible (1.58m and 52 kg….500 kg attitude!!!)

  3. Thanks Trav, great video! But damn it, I had my gf watch the video to inspire her and all she could say is “His zipper is down!” Oh well. Quick question, probably just semantics, when you say “lean back” I’m assuming you mean keep your shoulders over your base leg and thrust your hips forward — making it appear that you are leaning back. So after the slight forward crunch during the chamber, your shoulders return while your hips violent thrust forward. Is that right?

  4. Does anyone find that doing front kicks in the air bothers their knees? I had that problem somewhat. Thanks for the vid Trav!

  5. I come from a country where guns are everywhere. But not as common as you would think(Israel). It’s a nice training, but you would end up in jail. Maybe in Texas you can kick and shoot whoever you want, but most places you will end up in prison.
