Trav I learned this as a sophomore in high school from a two time national championship heavyweight wrestler from Japan. I was getting my ass kicked every week first year out. This guy taught me right Salto and suffle from the from and rear. I had to learn form, for strength as a junior 210 lbs. my coach had a 260lb. heavyweight sit on my chest while I bridged for one minute. In 1968 and 1969 I tore people up with that, no one had ever seen it I used to have many pictures throwing people! I’m 70 now.
