Yeah, with Tyson it only ever took a single punch. It was a fast pivot to his Left which made way for a clean and powerful Right uppercut/cross which did the trick. I also don’t think Matthis actually ever hurt Mike with any of his inside punches. As far as I could see, none were clean.
It took a real L super jabber Boxer like Douglas who was able to use his Height and Reach advantage against him to finally KO Tyson. But I would never use such head movement in a street fight. In a ring, okay, fine. But NEVER EVER in a street fight.
Always admired “Iron Mike”…
