That was incredible movement I have been trying to train myself on how to execute that exact same series of movements but I never had a visual to really go by until now. Thank you for posting this.
Had to start the video over when I realized I was watching Roman Martinez the whole time because he looks like Nate Diaz. But, damn VL just picked the guy apart the whole match. Great footwork and head movement combined on his slipping/counters. Come to think of it I know a guy who’s really good at teaching this sort of thing 🙂
thats one of the tricks that loma does at times. he leaves his left hand a little low. baiting the righty to throw a right. so he slips and counters. lomas fast and thats a set up practiced move for him!
