amazing talent/’feel’…..only equivalents in modern boxing, to my mind, were ‘sweet pea’, mayweather, and ali-pre-suspension. these people had generational talent-the average fighter, let alone person, can’t mimic this hands down style. they’d get clocked.

His defense breaks their will. You can see in them start to doubt that they can hurt him, while remaining tense because he can hurt them. The more they tense the more energy they burn and the slower their attacks become. His defense is so complete that it becomes his most effective offensive weapon. His defense is the foundation of his attacks.
Fantastic analysis bro. Tell me how would lerdsila fight with a ufc fighter if taken down? Mua Thai has great strikes but what about if taken down? Also.the guys flexibility is amazing…not everyone has that. How would anyone train to be fast in evasion ? What do you recommend? Solo training I mean.
Thanks bro..I’m learning a lot from your free fight tips.

I think what he said about “having fun” makes it more like a game to him. Consequently, he appears super relaxed and creative. Very impressive. I’m a new fan. Thanks for posting this. Very entertaining and inspiring.

Oh I like this guy. Thanks for introducing me to him!
I see Zun Tzu Art of War in his techniques, very good tactics.

He is so relaxed and smiling I bet he is excellent at conserving energy
It’s posts like these that help me remember why I keep coming back.
For me, personally, I feel like I understand that precision beats speed, but I’m a big fan of not getting hit and just winning super efficiently.
But speed is hard to see, at the beginning…
