Reminds me of the Monty Python skit where the knight slowly looses his limbs, but keeps trying to fight. I think the hockey guy went easy on him; one of his full-force punches to the side of the jaw would have broken it. Drunk idiot was lucky to walk away. Hockey guy’s group should have just called the course steward instead of risking an aggravated assault charge.
This is kind of an allegory for Canadian politics at the moment.

Trav: a question: Watching MMA fights (including Dicheva brutalize the competion), I wonder why no one uses knee strikes to the quads. I once folded a guy up by kneeing the front of his right thigh, mostly by accident. He needed help to get up and was done for the day. Do you train this strike or teach it?
I think it’s great, especially up against the cage. If you watch enough MMA, you’ll see it frequently, just not in the middle of the ring!
