  1. I think both Fighters are great Fighters. It’s easy to think you’re a better fighter when you’re sitting on the sidelines but stand in front of somebody throwing punches and kicks at you and that type of tunnel vision will give you a whole new perspective. I applaud anyone who can stand in front of objects coming at them and learn to avoid them, take them and counter them.

  2. Again and again I see the brilliance of learning head movement, but I wouldn’t tell anyone about this outside of the FightSmart website.

  3. I showed my 14 year old daughter and she was appalled that a boy would hit a girl that hard. I told her that there r many times I’d like to pop her mother like that. She smiled and shook her head in instant understanding. ??awesome video

  4. This is absolutely shit. Nothing was even happening and she wasnt doing anything special. She was getting punched in between. This was a total wimpy video. Muay thai isnt hardcore as they make it sound.

  5. Yea as much as Muay Thai has pretty powerful kick and punch combos it really isn’t for defense. It’s more about various angles of attack to disorient and dominate your opponent. Where do you think art of the eight limbs came from? She definitely could use that mead movement training trav offers
