Worth watching the 3 links as they explain the numbering and what he’s trying to achieve. (creating muscle memory reflex).
There is an head movement MP3, but I think that’s paid for (as little as 10USD in a sale IIRC), but just add your own into the striking demo for the moment!
You probably saw this crazy bathroom fight with Jason Knight. I’m not sure what happened before this; however, if he knew two guys were after him, then he probably should have avoided the bathroom. On the other hand, I could be wrong.
Hey Trav , thanks for these vids .
I’m addicted to the sweet science and love the the breakdowns of these talented fighters that you have been providing and I try to incorporate this info into my training sometimes I pull it off sometimes not … anyways thanks again

I was at the highest level of life fitness, 92, I was the victim of a car smash. I had to learn to walk & talk again. I couldn’t fight to save myself now, one side is not functional past 60%, had that many smashed bones on the other that if I landed a punch I’d pass out. I am starting to lift my fitness again by using your dodge, weave & jive technique. Thank you

also reminds me of Tyson, using the incredible slips to close distance. Inspiring.
I think Canelo took your head Movement Program slip 1,2,3 and cross punch..and Snake Slip to the Back… beautifully Done.?
That’s the best vid I’ve seen yet Trav
Insanely good head movement
I’m trying to figure out how to beat someone with head movement now.
Maybe fake some jabs and come with a cross when he finally stops slipping. Or slide off angle to his vulnerable side.
Takes a lot of work to find the crack in the armor of such a phenomenal defensive fighter. It really does win fights.
