Such an excellent example of how to mess up your life when that guy you hit smacks his head on the ground and brain bleeds. Say hello to prison for something that was definitely not self defense. Nice attack/form but absolutely needlessly executed.

You never know these days, who you’re talking to and who’s been training. If you’re going to intercede, even feebly, 1) stay out of striking distance and 2) better have decided before you open your mouth you’re ready to go to the gravel. The recipient here did not look like a threat & that elbow, though fast as the lightening bolt that turned your laptop into a paperweight, was a cheap shot. My guess is he was tired of hitting his bag & wanted to take that elbow out for a test drive.
