Here's a few lessons that I pulled from the most recent program I released on how to fight huge opponents... because I like to share stuff.

If you saw a video on YouTube and you want to see the second half or "follow-up", this would be the section to visit. It would seem that everyone got confused without a huge YouTube logo to click on... so here you go.

This is the best essential training equipment that I've found based on quality and price. Good equipment allows you to build your skills all by yourself, and any time that you want.

This striking section is a combination of boxing and kicboxing. I take the head movement, footwork, and angles from boxing and combine it with the kicks, knees, elbows, clinch, and brutality from kick boxing.

Jiu Jitsu is the art of fighting people on the ground. If a fight ends up on the ground, you will be happy if you have a few tricks up your sleeve, if nothing else. Snapping a joint, or choking someone to sleep is a GREAT way to win a fight.

Wrestling refers to the ability to take people to the ground when you need to... sometimes violently slamming them to the ground and doing some serious damage. The ability to control where a fight ends up can be very important.

This is our not-entirely-serious but actually-kind-of-effective series on how to pick up chicks... it's short... at least in the freeeeee section.

Can you show how to overcome “blacking out” and freeze up in a streetfight, as well at how to actually REMEMBER the training techniques taught when in a violent situation with adrenaline pumping.

Dude, I like your site, videos, lessons but ,sorry that’s rude,I have to say no matter how hard I search I can’t find anything that answers my question and I know there are huge numbers of people out there with the same question. Look it. I’m 6 3 out of shape homeless malnourished sitting at 150 tops and getting harassed every day (at the methadone clinic) by a guy who is slightly shorter average height but probably 70 or more pounds heavier. How do I fight him? He might be 100 pounds heavier. All I can find are lessons on fighting taller heavier guys for shorter people. Nobody ever thinks about the skinny problem. Can someone help me out?
i would like to say that i am a 13 year old girl and this would help me fight my bully’s thank you
Love these Vids! Can’t wait to watch more!
Bring back the old trav pimpin page. Anyway im gonna start spending a lot of time on this website so i prricate u
Hi Travis I have been a Martial Artist since 1973. I am an instructor in JKD Concepts, was a kickboxer in my day and like many other Martial artists I believe in continually studying and being a student foremost, which is why I am contacting you.
I love your website, skills and sense of humor, how’s that for a compliment?
Anyway I would like to ask you several questions throughout our correspondence.
1. Do you have a certification course for instructors like myself either via e-mail or in person? I live in Aberdeen South Dakota and am retired, but thinking about teaching a self defense class using some of your philosophy and of course techniques.
Sincerely,
Mark
Hey Travis or Trav not sure Wich you prefer. Anyway I’m a women. I’m pushing 40 . I’m tall and a bit overweight. What’s the best thing I can start with in your program? My upper body is definitely stronger than my legs . I’ve been trying to do squats but can’t do many before needing a 2-3 day break. Although I am leg flexible and can do fairly good kicks/ balance . Thanks for the info
Hey, Catherine. I’m not Trav, but I can offer you some input on how I got started and what works for me.
From how you described yourself, I would suggest looking into the Head Movement program. It was the one I started with and is on sale fairly often. You can read up on it in the shop. There are 14 “days” in the program, but you can go at your own pace. It starts off fairly easily in terms of physical exertion; the first few days are used to teach the different slips how to throw punches in tandem. It gets more complex with kicks and such later on, but not before building the basics.
Other than that, drink plenty of water, get good sleep, and eat at least moderately healthy foods. Your body may feel a little worn down for the first few weeks once you start putting in the work. Take it slow. Don’t push yourself more than you can handle. Your body will adapt and get stronger.
Best of luck on your journey.
I just wanna say that I had a few problems understanding the technology stuff and Trav helped me through it in the middle of the night. Great guy he obviously cares about his customers
Happy to help buddy. Soon enough, this old junky system is going to be replaced with something fantastic!
