Using mind control to win fights...

(and the Power of Belief to win everything else)

[kmfblbtns blayout="button_count"]

There's a small subset of people in the world that believe in the 'law of attraction'; in other words, if you believe that an certain outcome will happen, you make that outcome more likely to happen.

I happen to be one of these people... and admittedly it's only because I watched the movie 'The Secret', and liked the idea of getting everything that I want in life, simply by believing that it would happen.

It's worked out pretty well for me so far... when combined with thousands of hours of extraordinarily hard work.

That said, even if you don't agree with such shenanigans, the 'power of belief' still has a direct effect on your ability to win fights (in a number of ways).

Number 1:

I believe that HYPNOSIS can be responsible for inducing knock-outs.

Let's say you're fighting some guy and you get punched in the head.  The horizon tilts a little bit, you see little sparkles in your vision, and life feels like you're inside a fish-bowl for a second.

I call this the "Fish Bowl" effect.  It's not the end of the world, but it's a sign that your head has been slightly rattled.  It goes away after several seconds when you fight through it.

People who have never experienced this phenomenon Freak. Out.  They believe that their heads are way more messed up than they actually are... as if goo is just pouring from their brains.

By virtue of this power of belief, they hypnotize themselves into the blackout when the next punch hits.

This is the power of belief, when combined with the power of hypnotic suggestion.

Every single person who barks like a dog on stage with a hypnotist believed in that guy's power to control them, and as such, behaved accordingly.

If you believe that you're about to get knocked out... perhaps you will be.

Number 2.

I get countless emails regarding confidence, with folks asking what it takes to get over the fear of fighting.  My response is always the same:

"When you've trained hard enough to believe that you're going to win, you will not have the same level of fear that you once did."

Most people simply don't believe that they're going to win, because they haven't done anything to earn that belief.

- They haven't beat a heavy bag until they vomited

- They haven't trained in Jiu Jitsu... and been tapped out a hundred times before finally winning once.

- They haven't conditioned their shins to be able to strike their opponents bones without feeling pain.

- They haven't sparred enough to get over the 'flinch reflex' that everyone starts with.

Fighting is hard work... why would you believe that you can win if you haven't done the work?!

This of course sets the entire tone for a fight... and allows many fights to happen which normally would not.  If a bully senses that you have no confidence, he will persist in being a douche.

If you look at him like you're about to snap his spine in half, he'll simply find a reason to bother someone else.

Again, your belief creates the desired result.

Back to the 'Law of Attraction'.

Conor McGregor was recently on a relentless pursuit of the light-weight title... and he was more-than-vocal about this resolve.

It certainly seemed like he had 'no doubt' in his mind that he was going to win.

Well, believe it or not, he predicted EXACTLY how the fight was going to go... down to the very punches thrown... and I am quite certain that his power of belief is what made that prediction a reality.

...and so is he.

This first link will let you hear Conor McGregor's prophetic prediction during a press conference, and then explain how 'putting this thought into the universe out loud' is what actually made it a reality.

This second link will let you hear how the Law of Attraction has shaped McGregor's entire life... even in the toughest of times.  This is a really inspirational piece... and might just convince you to give this entire belief system a try.
