GREAT INSTRUCTIONS!
Stay off the X
First rule of self-defense, #1: Don’t be there.
Second rule of self-defense, #2: Get out of there.
Third rule if you are stuck/ambushed on the X:
Ask them what they want and/or what their intention is (apparently important in court they state intent)?
No matter what they reply, state then restate after anything they say:
“Stop. I’m not interested.” (Memory Item)
Show your empty hands up, the universal sign for stop, on all cameras.
Finally, Yell Stop with your empty hands up, so everyone can see and any recording devices clearly record it.
You can still successfully defend yourself while doing these items within the 2 seconds an incident occurs.
Practice in the mirror.

Fighting is a mind sport 🙂 Tongue fu is the jujitsu. Those who run the fight away, live to fight another day..
Sometimes it’s easier said than done. But if it works that’s great.
I think this is Erik Paulsons gym 🤔
Love it. First taught me by 3rd shift police as ‘defusing a fight’ it has been invaluable
for many years
