  1. Good stuff brother! I’m wanting to train up and work on a couple of things so I can start fighting. I definitely want to become unstoppable so thanks for everything

  2. How does this work if the other person is wearing hard shoes? Most shoes are not very flexible. Wouldn’t that make breaking the food a lot harder/slower and thus not that likely to happen?

  3. This is a self defense video? For fighting a larger heavy guy? Who’s kicking me? And he’s not wearing shoes? It looks super cool for sports though. I love the foot movement/head movement videos!

  4. Hey Trav, would I be correct in assuming that this entire technique is predicated on the premise that it be done in one full sweep, to avoid your opponent using his other leg to kick you in the head or his fists to punch you in the nuts, or fingers to poke you in the eyes?
