  1. I’m new here, I’ve watched many of your videos on YouTube as your videos are always informative and normally funny as hell. Keep the up vids they’re awesome

  2. Kinda akward since I’m a girl but who cares when ur here to learn how to fight right? I mean there must be many women who wants to learn how to fight!

Well I want to learn even though I’m still very young but I gotta say..Your vids are FREAKING AWSOME!!!!!

But…its not how easy as it looks..

  3. Hey Trave,

Love your videos man….im actually taking 15-30 minutes monday-friday practicing my stance

  4. This is the first video I watched from this website so maybe you will address this in another video, but I have a question about the hands: if you let your fists hang infront of your face, wouldnt it be a risk that when blocking a punch you end up chewing on your own fist?

    • Kudos Trav! You fucking rock it with enlightenment and humor.
I’m probably way older than your followers (I’m currently 55) but a buddy of mine turned me onto your videos and I’ve been hooked.
I’m a greenhorn to MMA training but I see myself doing it until they start shoveling dirt over my wrinkled carcass.
Just 1 request…you mentioned that you might do a video for wrist wrapping…is that still a possibility?
When I’m in the Philippines the instructor does it for me, but like a bonehead I never paid close attention to how it was done.
I’ve tried it myself, but over time the wraps either get loose or shift.
Either way, keep up the good work. You inspire!

  5. Good slow teaching of basic my son is 7 and has a good nature personality . The stories I here of how mean nature some kinds are. I fear that I send him out to play they will use him as the test subject for the ” let’s see what happens if”. He has 2 younger sisters that already he has a protective attitude. I am using these basics for him to learn to defend himself and sisters. I already got an apology letter written to him from a student which was forced by the teacher for spitting on him and elbowing him in class when he told the teacher what he did. That is not acceptable to me. Keep up the good work .

  6. Hi new to the site and I love it. I appreciate the free tutorials. I have questions? I am disabled due to lupus fybromialgia and rheumatoid arthritis. I’ve gone thru a tremendous whirlwind of change. From weighing 550lbs when first diagnosed and having diabetes as well as developing major depression anxiety and ptsd, I ve had to walk with a cane since 30 years old, now 37. I’ve almost overdosed on my medication several times and I look like I’m 50 years old due to deterioration obesity and overmedication.
These last couple of years I have been doing my hardest to gain control of my life. I’m proud to say I’m down to 303 lbs. I take less meds. My diabetes is gone and ive managed to regain some control of my life. I still walk with a cane, I don’t think that will ever change due to the severity of my disease but I refuse to use a wheel. Chair or anything of the sort at this point. Ive rather deal with the pain.
The reason I am reaching out is ive come to realization that disabled people such as myself are prime targets for people who like to taje advatage. In the last 2 year’s ive had guns pulled on me ive been sucker punched ive been jumped by multiple men and all for pocket change. When I was younger I was able to defend myself better but since this disease I haven’t felt like much of a fighter til I recently was mugged again because I was am easy target. I’m tired of this. I want to use your system amd techniques to better assist my situation……. Disabled people old people and people who are less able should not have to fear for their safety…
