  1. Honestly one of the luckiest and unluckiest knockouts I’ve ever seen lmao! Aggressor deserved it for simply being careless with his foot placement and weight distribution, but the striker was either just in the right place at the right time and had great awareness or just reacted amazingly to a very lucky trip due to mistaken weight placement but I guarantee that the outcome wasn’t his plan. Nonetheless, only training to make his knee his natural reaction to the trip can be the reason he reacted so great so yea. Honestly I find myself arguing with myself about the whole thing on who to award or what’s to blame but I’m obviously not going to come to a conclusion that doesn’t have a valid argument so I’ll just say that either way, I doubt I’ll ever see that series of events happen again in a pro fight but I’m really glad I did lol. I’d hate to be the dumbass on the losing end of that video though!

  2. I just absolutly love your commentary. I wish that I have the funds or the need for your products. I just turned 53, and truly hope I will not be picking up boxing anytime soon. I am an LEO by “trade” and do participate in BJJ so I really like you stuff. I think you are a “righteous dude”. Thank you for the clips and humor. Perhaps when I pay off my house the kids and grand-..college, I can spring for your next generation of Trav’s too.

  3. Hey Trav, that’s simply incredible. Where do you find this stuff? So you know the name of the assassin in this clip? Also, what promotion is he fighting for?
    Thanks, JD

  4. First that was awesome. But, it looks like his knee and hand were down on the mat. Is that an illegal knee to the head of a downed opponent?

  5. I’m 70 and have been training for 48 years/ 3 days week minimum. After Golden gloves, the only times I missed any training was when Vietnam got in the way. Yeah, you have to work a little harder and use a lot of Ben gay, but your eyes see openings, younger men miss. Age is relative and I’ll train until I die or they quit making Bengay. You have to build up muscle mass to reduce the damage from a kick of punch. The only extra equipment we wear is boxers head gear. I train at a club I started and we don’t have age classes. While you are still a young 50, buy these videos and learn. Sometimes young men haven’t learned to respect others. I guarantee quie a few young men leaned the meaning of respect the hard way. You never underestimate your opponent or write him off as an old guy . I’m 6’ and 200 lbs and paid dearly to learn. When we spar, nobody pays attention on my age, nor do any of us “pull”punches. I love going into the gym and feel great afterwards. I learn something new every day.

  6. Wow! I’m new here. I love the videos I’ve seen. I also enjoy the humour very much.
I need to get in better shape. I have PTSD. I once paid for a one year membership to a YMCA, and didn’t attend once. Any meeting with people, even making a phone call, is beyond me. I need a fitness program I can do alone, whether at home or outside. Right now I’m recovering from major abdominal surgery. It will be 6 weeks before I can lift over ten pounds. I’m going to include your training with my plan to run, stretch, bicycle and use weights. Glad I found your stuff.
    PS. I’m 67.

    • Bravo Steve, I am 62 and have been training for 30 years – I fighting drills include heavy bag work with Muay Thai work thrown in for clinch work. Would love to see a video of one of your classes. Thx Don
