  1. I like the deception you can create with the wind uppercut, but at some point that dude getting peiced up needs to cover up and play defense.

  2. A Distraction primarily. My self defense trainer usually has me start the initial strike with a distraction to change the focus of the adversary, their position, get them off balance to set up the real strike. But with this video fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me, fool me five times perhaps this isn’t for you.

  3. It reminds me of the wind mill punch that a kid used on me .I think it’s not a great style.i like to pick my nose and make.noise to get the advantage.but I always loosing fights so what do I know

  4. I wonder what would happen if kicks were thrown? Would that throw off his wind ups? I really, really think so. He could not close the gap so safely. And he would be forced to go into defense mode. Don’ t you think?

  5. Aren’t the legs the long swords that are used to cut the warrior as the gap is being closed?

  6. Kid Gavilan used to use that move, but only against opponents he believed he clearly outclassed. Of rourse, Gavilan’s hand were taped up, and further protected by boxing gloves. I hope you’re not suggesting that anyone try that shit in a street fight, where the most likely instant result for the thrower of the punch would be a broken hand.

  7. I wont comment on each video but will say that this is one of the most entertaining lessons you have ever sent, Trav. You can remove that thing at the bottom about getting too much email. Thanks
