The Power of Jiu Jitsu...
as shown by a tiny teenage girl. (and a lesson)
As I was mindlessly roving through Facebook last night, accomplishing nothing and hating myself a little more each minute, a cool video caught my attention.
The clip showed a savage yet tiny young girl doing submission fighting matches against a bunch of boys, and absolutely crushing all of them.
I've never seen such humiliation handed out by a tiny female... I hope her father is proud.
I also noticed that she's consistently setting up triangle chokes, and often times working for back-side arm attacks while she's doing it. I love this... (and I happen to have a lesson on it in the Ultimate Program).
So, for all of you out there concerned with female self-defense, or if you want to learn some darn Jiu Jitsu...
