I was impressed with the first example on this reel. Rich Franklin made it easier by being too predictable.
Real world…a joke….MMA unexpected at all weights IF talented enough in kicking. Later rounds when stamina and reflexes are slower in your opponent
The fact that a kick like that has such a low probability of being landed well makes how perfect the timing was in that circumstance that much more enjoyable to see. Amazing.

Great move ducking the spinning back fist. In regards to the kick well, it appears as though he had great timing and was blessed by where it landed.

Believe it or not it is an actual premeditated move a Taekwondo move not sure on that tho
