How to Build Crazy Hook Power - This video has one of the best kinesiological secretes that can be applied to throwing knockout strikes... that means using MUSCLE SCIENCE to build big time power. I strongly recommend that you watch this video, and suffer through it's crappy quality.

i always wondered why i had little power in my hooks no matter how hard i tried to throw them, now i can start to correct them with this explaination.
I’ve been training Martial Arts for most of my life (I’m 38)…A lot of what I have I picked up here or there. Then I spent the time to break what I had learned down and tryed to figure out the most effective way to use those tools. I really like the way that you teach! You make it entertaining and very informative. Thank you very much for your videos, please keep them coming!
Interesting it looks like you are moving your hip first, then feet, than hands follow last. This is like how we generate power in Okinawan martial arts in the old way not the new Japanese karate methods. Good breakdown of the elastic hook punch.

The best explanation of punching power I’ve ever seen. Awesome. Thanks, Trav.
I’m ‘hooked’ on this video. Erm…I’ll get my hat and coat now and see myself out. Cheerio!
