  1. I keep hoping I’ll run into you making another video by Teak or behind Galleria so I can [try to] touch you one time and ruin it. Thanks for all of these emails and videos through the years. I get excited when I see one pop into my inbox. Regards,

    • Yes. But he was open to some nice counters- an overhand or straight right thrown w some power after he threw those lefts- but Clancy didn’t seem to possess that kind of power.
Or determination. I think he was a bit overwhelmed

  2. You touted his kicks, and rightly so, but his punches were also superb, not to mention his balance and defense when the opponent would catch his leg.

  3. In a street fight if someone catches your kicks like that would it be fair to say you’re in a lot of trouble?

    • Everything in a street fight is trouble. A weapon, a second attacker, environment. We used to call this the “what if” You can “what if” an un-survivable situation. You can “what if” a perfect situation where all your strikes land and your opponents strikes all miss. This is a more formal fight contest with rules and a ref. You might get to watch highlight reels of your opponents other bouts, while preparing for a match. In a street fight you have NO idea of the skill or capability or intention of the person that squares off on you. If they have a weapon and intend to kill you? catching your leg may not be your biggest problem.
