  1. Tying up the opponent, and controlling one arm while devestating them with the other! If it was MMA, turn the hooks into elbows…on the street, elbows, head control for knees to the legs/body/head, and head-butts. He was a Master!

  2. Okay so what I could see he kept swiching his wight around to keep his appoint of gard and useing his hold one hand technique he was abel to control his appoint and set him up to deliver his attack. The psychology he used is brelint. True master of his craft.

  3. Th constant in & out.. the turning & switching angles, th holding, lotta things you can do in boxin.. & yet th only weapons you can use is your hands.
I wud hate to think how dangerous Duran wud be if he wasn’t limited to only punching.

  4. Really great to see this. Same skill set as Chen style Tai Chi before it got turned into a showcase thing. We train a lot of these manipulations/traps while changing from close to mid range, and generating power by shifting to the back foot. Learned a lot about strike options. Thanks. I generally appreciate this guys commentaries, btw.

  5. This is all well and good, but you can’t use any of this on the streets. Fights don’t last that long. It is all about accuracy damage speed and power.
