What should I do if I have to take Unpaid Time Off? 

After getting approval email @payroll to notify them of the exact dates you will be out. 

Why don't I see social security on my paycheck anymore?

Social Security has a limit set by the IRS each year.  Once you have hit your limit you will no longer see this tax on your paystub.

Why are my taxes so high on my Bonus and Commission Checks? 

These are considered "supplemental pay" and as such the IRS mandates we tax a flat rate that is set yearly by the government. 

Where do I go to change my direct deposit?  

Log into Ulipro, there you can make any needed personal changes. 

What is GTL? Why do I see it on my paycheck?  

GLT is a taxable benefit that is provided by iPipeline.  You will notice that it is in your "earnings" and "deductions" sections to offset eachother to zero. 

I don't think my deductions are correct, who should I contact? 

We have implemented a ticketing system that should help get your question to the appropriate person.  Scroll to the bottom of any page in our site and submit your ticket.
