  1. We revere those who can (take a shot.) I’m here to tell you….this stuff is cumulative. It catches up to you. You think you’re tough. You think you’re tougher than those who warn you about your future. You think you’re different. But just look at NFL CTE. Our brains are not meant for this stuff. I envy guys who are knocked out with just a tough to their chin. At least their body is warning them. It catches up to you. You will feel defective and flawed. I could expound more, bout am afraid of sounding unintelligible. Took a lot to type because worried of sounding dumb or “punchy.” Had to reread and edit and spell check….shouldn’t of had to struggle to get through a simple thought of paragraph. Frustrating getting through the fog. You’re gonna have trust me on this. This stuff catches up with you. We might laugh at elusiveness of Mayweather. But I now Love a guy who doesn’t get hit! Don’t get hit!

  2. Ok, that was brutal. I think one more round and Matthysse would have been on the mat. Weird to see a fight where about 50% of the punches seem like power shots and are all landing.

  3. This Siberian is one tough dude. This fight reminded me of something I try to remember. Once me and someone else had a job to do. I said “How are we ever go to this? The othe r person said “we have the advantage of it”
I say “how so?” They said “we have to “
So I try to remember that in impossible looking situations. Having to scratch my own way in life, I have to therefore I can.

  4. That man got his face messed up. But seriously if he continues to fight line that and take that kind of punishment to the head he will be having some issues later on down the road he needs Travs Head Movement Course.

  5. what a crazy thing to say, ruslan is a professional!!!

he has done the equivalent of the head movement training program and MORE

you dont really seem like a fighter to me, maybe you should head down to your local gym and go up against someone in your weight class.

you will be surprised that simply practicing from a video will not provide you with the skills that the guys above have.

  6. The old “good news, bad news” of fighting.
THE GOOD NEWS: Now, everybody knows you’re tough.
THE BAD NEWS: You had to take a beating to prove it.
