Do the amazing comebacks of the past justify the damage fighters take in the process? As a viewer, I appreciate the epic battles. As a human being who has occasionally gotten to see the long-term aftermath of these kinds of wars, I’m not sure.
The other guy sure can take some beating
Think he gained much more respect as a fighter but even more as a decent human being.
The fighter is quick and powerful and at a responsible weight class for his body structure. A professional in every sense of the word. I tip my hat to this gentleman.
Full respect to Lomachenko, offering opponents corner to throw in towel. You can see the damage had already been done. We’ve often heard the horror stories of fighters dying later on in hospital due to delayed reactions and partly due to Adrenalin taking over and masking the real damages that have already taken effect. Full credit to opponent for showing the heart of a lion but at what cost? Not worth your life or long term damages to the brain.
