I wonder how much he charges for a tree removal. I have a tree in the backyard that has to come down. I was going to purchase a chainsaw and do it myself but after watching this video it would much more entertaining to watch him cop it down with his leg.
Yeah, see I kick the posts at the gas stations all the time but I don’t go super hard and I may think about trying to kick through a bat and through a 2 x 4 and probably can do the 2 x 4 pretty easy the bat or even three bats like I saw one guy probably him do one time might be a bit too much but either way if it fails all that conditioning goes to waste when you accidentally break your shin so I don’t really think it is smart to do until you’ve worked your way up through other materials. I do kick the wooden man leg pretty hard and we do Iron Monk training shin on shin but I notice my arms can hit the wooden man and other obstacles much harder than my shins, but occasionally I get a big knot that needs to be rubbed out and I realize maybe went a bit too hard that time and caught a bad angle. So I’d say better to stay semi safe and not go too hard too quick.
Yesterday.
Trav posted details in his post titled, “McGregor’s unsurprising broken leg”: Use a rolling pin on your shins, and kick a very particular bag in a very particular spot a very specific number of times.
I’m a newbie to Trav’s postings and vids, so I just saw this vid for the first time yesterday when Trav linked to it. I notice that Trav originally posted this vid three years ago, so it’s possible he already provided the details in the intervening years.
I saw the look in his eye hes crazy, hes fucking crazy. Legs? Legs! This guy, was kicking one of these, with his fucking legs! and the plaster, was falling down! Eyeaah
He’s been doing this since he was 10. Micro fractures in the leg that heal, that fracture again then heal, rinse and repeat for 15 years. His shins are like steal and have no nerves.

Just insane .. Am I the only one who was waiting for his shin break.

What amazes me is that it doesn’t look like he’s even moving that fast. You’d think his leg weighed 500 lbs to break things that easily.
shows you that things made in China bresk pretty easy!
Ok Trav when does your tutorial come out on this.

But can he move like me? No… LOL Don’t worry about Tom Po LOL
Wonder how he would fair against the best MMA fighters. He should be invited to fight there.
Did anyone notice that the dog didn’t care about almost getting decapitated,as long as it could get that meat on the stick.

It’s also why he is 4’9″ tall.
