And since I’m a Christian, MMA junky, and nerd I’ll add that the word translated to strength actually encompasses strength and skill, so hone that jab in the name of Jesus!

Jesus was born,
about 2,124 years ago,
and the Holy Spirit like a dove,
on him was bestowed.
To work miracles,
for humans to see,
and then eventually,
to die on a tree.
And come back to life,
to reign forever as king,
by his blood sins erased,
salvation and eternal life is the truth to which we cling.
And now while we wait,
for his final return,
when the devil and his crew,
in a lake of fire will burn,
the defensive fight for good is our calling, not sleeping around and late night drunken brawling.
But when evil folks take swings or a stab, then like the dude dressed like Jesus, we should throw a hard jab. Because defending these bodies is a God given right, which is why I bought Trav programs…to be smart in a fight.
