That was actually De Ashi Harai (most commonly pronounced “Barai”), aka “Advancing Foot Sweep”. Sasae Tsurikomi Ashi and Hiza Guruma are “trips” (stopping the foot/leg from stepping to recover balance) rather than “sweeps” (moving the foot/leg while the balance is shifting). And Hiza Guruma literally translates as “Knee Wheel”, so Islam’s foot was too low to execute that, anyway.

Some would also consider a Sasae Tsuri Komi Ashi, but I think the direction of the movement is more like the harai.
