This is an incredibly cool lesson that takes advantage of specific weaknesses within human anatomy.  This video probably could have been one or two minutes long, but its still effing important.  It contains the secret weak point on a persons leg, tips on turning your shins into weapons, and tips on how to strike the weak point more consistently.

Here's the comment section...

Humans like to talk about things.

  1. My coach has us open our hips and stick or completely straighten our leg when roundhousin’……hard to tell in the vid for the shin building exercise……Are you straightening your leg before contact on the heavy bag or is it better to be bent??

  2. Well explain how to attack that weak point in the leg. I learned something new that’s very effective when most people don’t know about it.

  3. There is also a nerve about 10 inches above the knee on the outside of the leg called the lateral femoral nerve which will drop a person if you hit the right spot. A little less concern about hitting the knee that way. Good video. Thanks

  4. great ides, to measure yourself against he bag!
I never realized how Much lower my kick really needs to be.

As someone else said, there is another never, bout mid-thigh, known as Gall-bladder 31, on meridian charts that is debilitating with one shot!
Tape both on the heavy bag…
    thanks Trav

  5. You crack me up, man. I never used to be interested in MMA but you have me interested in the technical aspects. I just want to be to defend myself if need be.

  6. thanks man but it or one question, what if your opponent has really fast boxing punches how would you defend against this and counter attack

    • ever watch UFC? the oblique kick that jon jones and holly holm use would be an adequate alternative. its a straight side kick instead of a roundhouse kick. you’ll probably collapse their knee as their charging in to punch you, and you’ll be slightly leaned away.
