How to SLAM out of triangles, Stop Slams
And Perform The Lethal "TeePee" Choke
After a batch of triangle related videos (and after taking an phenomenal week off), I threw together a quick lesson to tie everything together.
Today's video will show you the best way to slam someone who's trying to triangle you, AND how to do it so quickly that the guy is unlikely to be able to stop it.
In case you're the guy trying to finish the triangle and you'd rather not be dropped on your head, I'll also show you how to stop the slam...
Finally, I'll show you how to do a completely different choke which actually drives your opponents shoulder anatomy into the side of his neck from the inside of his body, which completely cuts off his air supply.
It's gross... and incredibly painful for your opponent.
