Isn’t the point of drilling like that to build muscle memory and improve reaction impulse? I have muscle memory for this situation, which, purely, involves my legs. Running.
He used your clip but did not actually address that clip. You say those disarm techniques are shit, he says the flow training is for training… those 2 things are WAY different. he did not say the shit disarm technique was good.

The Funeral Tactical drills seem effective and realistic, but I saw nothing that diminished the quality of your training, which I own.
Im sorry… but that looks nothing like how guys approach and attack with a knife or a shank. Go to any prison attack cctv video.. and it happens so fast I don’t see how his choreographed dance fight technique would stop shit. I say put him in a prison yard and see if he makes it from a shit stained shank.. that’ll be his me time
100% agree (having seen it). There is NO defense for getting stabbed from behind, when you were talking on the phone. But keep in mind, that all defense training is to give you a fighting chance in that 10% of cases where the attacker has presented themselves (and their weapon) first. You know, the shit generally reserved for school kids and wanna-be gangsters. Everybody else has worked out that surprise attacks are the most effective. And your survival in that arena, is more about a ‘vibe’ you might get a few seconds prior.. or sheer luck. ..No one is going to make millions by selling you a video that tells you that though.

I agree because a guy I knew that used to be a bouncer in a rough ass bar once told me that the knife that cuts or stabs you is the one you never see.. normally they show that shit as a bluff and only attack if thats called. Or they just don’t care and want to kill you.
