Humans like to talk about things.

  • I only box and do Calisthenics regularly. Will deadlift, squat, and KB swing outside of that. I have to really kill it at least once a month to feel sore or I don’t feel like a Man!

  • I think this applies to conditioning mostly. If you want to gain strength you have to damage muscle and rebuild it with sleep and food.

  • Recently or say last 20 years …..I’ve always trained 70 -85% of my max each work-out I’ve finished my work-out feeling good ,on a high WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO GO HOME TOTALLY EXHAUSTED AND WASTED. Proves nothing and accomplishes little. Sometimes its ok to Push it to the limit. NOT EVERY WORK-OUT. I guess I knew it intuitively, while others are just finding this out today……..and its being proven. Volume over Intensity. Finish a work-out feeling rejuvenated not wasted!
