I can’t stop watching these vids. The combination of humor and technical fighting skills is second to none on youtube right now. Also as an added bonus they make a great drinking game with your friends. Take turns pausing the vid when Trav is talking and the first person to stop on a frame where Trav looks drunk, must take a shot…Before you know it everyone is laughing and punching each other… Good times.
Definitely understand the pathway concept. Have had Parkinson’s for 3 years and muscle memory is very important.
This training will be absolutely perfect to keep my body firing on all cylinders by using instincts and automatic reflexes.

I am Commenting again cause my first comment wasn’t sent cause of the I’m not a robot thing. Do I Need to Punch BEFORE twisting the shoulder? Or do I Need to twist the shoulder Before throwing the punch I’m not really comfortable with the Shoulder twisting and then punching

Hey do I need to punch first and then twist the shoulder? Or do I need to twist shoulder first and then punch…. Idk im confused pls respond
