  1. Im impressed Trav… my Japanese Karate teacher was all about stance… he always drilled it into our heads… the other thing he would always talk about was how-to fight a guy 20kgs heavier…

  2. Dude. You’re the awesome-est! Thank you for explaining in detail WHY great footwork is essential and HOW to work to get it. I haven’t watcbh Lesson 2 yet, but I already love your course. Did I mention it’s free? My reason for subscribing to your course? I just really don’t wanna get punched in the face. And, oh yeah, the bob and weave part too. Thanks, man.

  3. Trev, I can appreciate your training tips. I have been “practicing” boxing for over 20 years. At age 27, I tried amateurs. I had 5 fights. Lost the last 2-at golden gloves. Got stopped by “Opie”. Lol
I have worked out with Ronnie Shields,Scott Frykberg(a world champion Muy Thai fighter) and sparred with a lot of people for an old white guy I got the two needs-speed and power. But I am no fighter.
One thing missing from my repitoir is exactly what you are teaching, good defense. Slipping is the actual art and science of boxing. As I am the ultimate example, anyone knuckles can throw and land but slipping takes time and skills.
    Rock on!!!

  4. Hahaha, holy shit… dude popping in and talking shit at 5:50 is funny as hell haha. And you’re just funny, in general, in all of your videos. Very entertaining. Well done!
