1. The 2 things that drives me insane in these knife defense videos…
   1. How slow and deliberate the “attacks” are…and how knives mysteriously fall out of their hands.
   2. They never take into account the RETURN of the knife to the knife wielder..it is just as violent as the initial attack…

2. Hey Trav, as a side note, what do you think about the stuff Luke Holloway teaches?

   • I like Luke, but he is also a fervent believer of the bent-wrist disarm. That said, he has expanded his game far beyond that, so I know he’s out there looking for what’s right.
