Punch Dynamics - These are the little details that make straight punches effective... and stop them from injuring you (the puncher).  This video clears up a couple of myths, and should be applied to any straight punch that you throw.

    Thank you for this info. While watching this video I tried the elbow quick extension and when I turned my thumb down my elbow popped eliminating
    (may be temporary) tennis elbow pain.

    I know not the purpose of the video but still very cool

    This is huge. The turning over technique makes perfect sense. Pain in the elbow is one of the last things I’d want to have a problem with during a fight. Trav always has pure gold in his videos. ✊👊

    I’m twisting my wrist but my elbow is still hurting, I’m not sure if I’m just punching wrong or I have tennis elbow.
