...two weeks after I got your course and had been practicing it, I got jumped by an inmate during a cell search with his some-made shank. I used your sleeve defense and it worked perfectly. He attacked exactly the way you showed us and that I trained for. He first shoved and then grabbed my shirt with his left hand and came in low on the right with the shank. Your defense worked perfectly and I walked without a scratch. Now I teach my guys that technique and I'm pushing all of them to buy your stuff. You sent me home safe bro and I appreciate it!!!

Just letting you know that this stuff you are doing is great. I’m not even a fighter as I’m too old but I still like to see how stuff is done. Helps a great deal that you inject just the right humour in there too. Belly laughs.
Love it man, the Jiu Jitsu stuff is …well known! I’ve been training Jiu Jitsu ala Rickson (studying his fights / recently training via his new online academy and at my local gym) but have been wanting to up my standing/striking game. Your head movement program combined with Gracie Jiu Jitsu has really upped my game. Cheers man
Great stuff. I got in a fight with a bigger guy a couple of years ago — i’m 6′, 170 pounds; he looked about 6′ 2″/200. I took a couple of hits getting in close, but once inside, i simply tied him up and took him down. Then, while he was exhausting himself trying to get free, i just relaxed until he realized that he had lost the fight (he was the son of a friend’s friend, so i didn’t want to beat the crap out of him). Didn’t realize i was using a standard approach to fighting big guys, but it definitely worked AND it increased my confidence like 110%!
Great work. Thanks again.
Why not a kick to the groin and a knee to the head when he bends over
